Anthony S. Falco has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980’s and founded the law firm over 25 years ago in 1990.  Attorney Falco was invited by his former law school professor, a past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, (NAELA) to join the Academy.  With the aging population and a new legal niche market of “Elder Law”, the Academy was recruiting attorneys to become specialized in matters affecting the elderly.  Eager for the opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives, he envisioned a concentration in Elder Law as a way for the firms’ members to use their collective experiences to become leaders in the Elder Law legal field.  The firm was then restructured to exclusively represent the elderly, disabled and other adults who are planning for their retirement or senior years.  Since this change in concentration in his practice, Attorney Falco has become an original member of the NAELA Senior Rights Political Action Committee and, along with the firm’s other Attorneys, routinely attends NAELA conferences locally and throughout the country advocating for seniors rights.

In 2000, Attorney Falco founded the ancillary business, Senior Resource Center, Inc., a multi-disciplinary elder advisory group that unites asset preservation, health care coordination and advocacy, as well as a legal overview that provides clients with a unique, comprehensive long-term care plan.(www.helpingelders.com)

From 2001 – 2015 the firm expanded from its Quincy home office to offices in Arlington, Danvers, Framingham and Hyannis, MA and has serviced over 6,000 client matters.

In 2015 Attorney Ronald R. Kearns, R.N. became a shareholder and partner in the law firm.

The firm currently has seven attorneys all exclusively practicing elder law. In 2005, Attorney Ronald R. Kearns and Attorney Paul E. Thornhill joined the law firm and Attorney Anthony Falco and Attorney Kevin Spitz, who has been with the law firm since 1997. In 2007, Attorney Patricia G. Novak joined the firm. Attorney Anastashia C. Kamberidis and Attorney Judith M. Flynn joined in 2015 and 2016 respectfully.
