Anthony S. Falco has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980s and started his own firm, Anthony S. Falco & Associates in 1990. He came to concentrate in matters affecting the elderly and in 2000 co-founded Senior Resource Center, Inc. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Inc. (NAELA), a Charter Board member of the NAELA Seniors Rights Political Action Committee, a member of the MA-Chapter Public Policy Committee and is the Finance Director and Treasurer to Timothy P. Cahill, Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Falco is an honors graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. He is married and the father of six children.

Thomas P. Clougherty has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 1996, and is also licensed to practice law in New Hampshire. He has concentrated in matters affecting the elderly and the disabled since 1996. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, and counsels seniors and their families on Estate and Medicaid Planning, Probate Law and Asset Preservation. Mr. Clougherty is an Honors graduate of the University of San Diego and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. He is married and the father of three children.

Ronald R. Kearns graduated from Fitchburg State College Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1985. He graduated with Honors from Suffolk Law School in 1991 and has practiced Estate Planning, Real Estate, Medical/Legal and Elder Law for the past 14 years.

Mr. Kearns brings a unique focus to Elder Law, advising on care needs, and developing the Estate and Medicaid Plan based on those needs. He shares his expertise in each of his respective fields by offering complimentary CEU presentations for Elder Care Professionals that cover a variety of topics related to medical and legal issues faced by seniors and their families. He is married and the father of two children.

Kevin Spitz has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 1990 and has practiced law with Falco & Associates. P.C. since 1994. He is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of Eisenhower College and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is married and the father of 3 children.

Paul Thornhill has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 2002. After serving three years in the U.S. Army, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, holds a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Quincy College. He worked as a Clerk and then an Associate with a traditional Elder Law practice before joining Falco & Associates, P.C. in 2004. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, and counsels seniors and their families on Estate and Medicaid Planning, Probate Law and Asset Preservation. He is married and the father of one child.

Elizabeth Meyer was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006. Elizabeth Myer received her law degree from Suffolk Law School after graduating from Merrimack College in 2003. Elizabeth is specializing in real estate transactions and probate administration.

Patricia G. Novak has been a practicing attorney for fifteen years. After graduating from Boston College in 1987, Patricia obtained her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in 1992. She is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), as well as the Massachusetts chapter of NAELA. Patricia specializes in probate law, estate planning and real estate. Patricia is married and the mother of two daughters.
