ABOUT FALCO & ASSOCIATES, P.C.
Anthony S. Falco has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980’s and started his own law firm, Anthony S. Falco & Associates in 1990. Initially, as a general practitioner, Attorney Falco and his law firm became well versed in many areas of the law, including; civil litigation; bankruptcy; real estate transactions and probate administration. Attorney Falco was invited by his former law school professor, a past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, (NAELA) to join the Academy. With the aging population and a new legal niche market of “Elder Law”, the Academy was recruiting attorneys to become specialized in matters affecting the elderly. Eager for the opportunity to make a difference in client’s lives, he envisioned a concentration in Elder Law as a way for the firms’ members to use their collective experiences to become leaders in the Elder Law legal field. The firm was then restructured to exclusively represent the elderly and older adults who are planning for their retirement or senior years, with the addition of an Attorney/RN and an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney. Since this change in concentration in his practice, Attorney Falco has become an original member of the NAELA Senior Rights Political Action Committee and along with the firm’s Elder Law Attorneys, routinely attends NAELA conferences throughout the country advocating for seniors rights.
In 2000, Attorney Falco co-founded the ancillary business, Senior Resource Center, Inc., a multi-disciplinary elder advisory group that unites asset preservation, health care coordination and advocacy, as well as a legal overview that provides clients with a unique, comprehensive long-term care plan.
